Bar Chart

Need to show task progress in bar chart using the date fields.  I've attached the sample file.

Would appreciate any help.

Fields in Bar Chart: TaskName, BaselineStartDate, BaselineFinishDate, AcutalStartDate, PercentageCompleted, SlippageAsOfCurrentDate[(CurrentDate - FinishDate]), ScheduleVarianceAsOfCurrentDate(%)

ScheduleVarianceAsOfCurrentDate = [(RePlannedFinishDate - BaselineFinishDate)/[BaselineFinishDate - BaselineStartDate]] *100
