Bar chart with predefined dimension

Hi, could you please write me how to put data from several columns on one axis of the bar chart? 

I would like to have a bar chart showing results from several tests. Individual tests (Test 01, Test 02, etc.) would represent bars on the x axis and their results (0.1, 0.5, etc.) would be on y axis. 

I want just one bar chart that would change based on me filtering staff code.
