I am new to Qlikview. I am working on a dashboard app. I was wondering which exam I could start with to improve my developing skills as well as get a certification.

You can go thru qlikview developer 11 book  and there are demo apps provided by qlikview to get started.

you can check those demo apps. reference manual,HIC blogs are very helpful in certification.
