Bookmarks not working Server

Hi All

My users are creating bookmarks on the Server and they work well... until I publish a new version of the App.

I'm copying a modified app over the original leaving all other files alone (meta etc).

After this the users can still see their bookmarks in the list but they no longer work?

Please can someone advise how I can rectify this issue when publishing a new version of the App?

is tere any way we can change the setting to show it in bookmark dropdown  list.

I can do this by changing the seting in application, but just for me

maybe some way to do it for all users with some macro or anything that can be automated ?
