Calculate Discount Value

Hi!

How can I calculate the discount value based on the field of the actual price and the regular price?

1 - (actual price / regular price) should give you the %discount is decimal.  

ie:  1 - (9.00 / 10.00). = .10 (10% discount).  

Actual price: 9.00

regular price: 10.00
