Calculate New date

Hello!  I hope someone can help me who's expert  in looping. Not sure what function to use on this kind of calculation ...I was thinking of peek but looks like  it won't work but looping will do the job.

I'm trying to calculate a proposed new date for orders that's  based on the Supply date and Inventory Qty.  If there are orders with no invtry  then delivery date + LT...  The encircled column is my desired output.

ex.  1st line  order qty  is 1498 with delivery date 04/15/17 but  since invtry will be available on 4/25/17 1548, Thus, new proposed date is 4/25/17.  

      2nd line, since next available supply 199 is not enough to suffice the order qty, 250, then pick the next line for the date 5/1...

Hi!  Anil,

1.  Yes,  this is a single table

2.  Pls. see attached sample...Btw,  just make some corrections from my previous post...IF there is no supply, it will be  enter date (not delivery date) + LT.
