Appropriate expression is:

sum({<WorkDay ={"=date#(only({1}WorkDay),'M/D/YYYY')>=$(#=date(vDay-7)) and date#(only({1}WorkDay),'M/D/YYYY') <=$(#=vDay)"}>} Sales)
