Cannot Connect To QlikView Server

In QV Management Console, under QVS Statistics, I'm getting this error that says I cannot connect to QlikView Server.

My QlikView Server is displaying all the reports correctly, so I'm not sure why I cannot connect within Management Console.

Your help is appreciated.

Weird.  When I start Distributed Service and Directory Service Connector, then QVS Statistics started showing up.  Is QVS Statistics related to Directory Service Connector?
