Cannot Login to Partner Portal

Hi,

We have become the partner of QlikView, but cannot login to the partner portal to download the softwares.

getting the following error when try to login.

The webpage at https://login.qlik.com/login.aspx?error=notLoggedin&returnURL=%2fexternal%2fportal.aspx has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
