Certification exam examples

Does anyone know if there are any examples to look at for Developer & Designer certification exams?

In that case, where can they be found?

I believe any real world examples are violating the NDA you have to sign before taking the exam. But here are some "official" examples, if you have access to the partner portal:

Is the Developer Certification exam entirely Multiple Choice? (in the PearsonVue tests)  Or are there some "essay" or written response answers, such as script coding?

It is a entirely multiple choice test.
