What is  Composite Key And uasge scenario

Maybe a key compound of various fields, for instance, if you have a Sales Order + Position.

In Table T2 you have SalesOrd and PosNr, but they are in two separate fields, likewise in table T3, so you have group into one field.  If you do not do this, QV make a synthetic key, referring the two fields.  In this case see the online manual.
