Could not start QVWS

     My Qlikview webserver could not be started. When i started it manually, below windows showed up:

HI Zhou,

just start or stop windows services through the dos and use unix/dos command to restart the server.

maybe the user who wants to start the service has no local administration rights?

check first!

QVWS generates a log file in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log. Grab and post the one with the current date in its name. It probably contains a reason for this failure. Thanks.

Have you checked so you dont have any other services running on the same port ex. some other webserver?
