Create a piechart from data in different columns

I have data

Name	Service_Date	Calls_Before_11PM	Calls_After_11PM	Consult_Before_11PM	Consult_After_11PM
Office1	9/08/2013			1
Office1	10/08/2013	1		3	1
Office1	11/08/2013	1		6
Office1	12/08/2013	3	1

And I want to make a pie chart with 4 sections based on the column headers; Calls_Before_11PM, Calls_After_11PM, Consult_Before_11PM, Consult_After_11PM that show the percentage distribution of the number of calls across all dates and Offices.
