Create rows - for each dimension

Hi !

I have this a table like this:

Name	Min_YEAR	Max_YEAR
ABC	2000	2002
CBA	1999	2001
BCA	2001	2002
BAC	1999	2002

And I need to create like this:

Name	YEAR
ABC	2000
ABC	2001
ABC	2002
CBA	1999
CBA	2000
CBA	2001
BCA	2001
BCA	2002
BAC	1999
BAC	2000
BAC	2001
BAC	2002

I was trying to use for each, but it didn't worked.
