Crosstab table

Hi All

Spare me , I am new to Qlik view.

How can i use crosstab in my page .?

I have used a list by choosing sheet object as obect box.

And i want to remove repeating values in my list . For example i want to apply distinct to my coloumns in list.

? How can i achieve this?

I am a cognos developer but now i have started working in qlikview.

Please help.
