Custom Format Cell - for a single Expression Label background

Hi,

Using Custom Format Cell design option for changing the color of an expression label, 

changes the background of all the expressions labels.

How can I define a background of one label only?

I have an old model where there is such a table, but I can't figure out how it was done 😞
