Custom directory services using webservice

Hi,

For Saas enviroment, we need to set up Custom Directory service to pull out the users from External source using Web-service (as the QVS machine is isolated from the Users databases). Is this possible?

Have you looked into using the QMS API to create the custom users?

Another way would be using web ticketing, creating a form to authenticate users against the webservice.
