Custom notification for end user's when QV services are down ?

Hi all,

Can anyone pls tell me , how can we configure the custom notification for end user's when QV services are down .

The end Users still see a web page and see a notification saying Qlikview is down

with estimated time.

your quick reply will be much appreciated.

Did anyone find the solution for my request ? pls let me know in case of any alternatives where we can fix the it.

For end users will be quite difficult and the best solution would be to ensure that the services (nearly) always run. If you have often trouble with them you should cure the reason and not the effect - but to come to your question I think this will be helpful for you: check if qlikview server services are alive and able to response
