Dashboard Dynamic 'Tiles'

I have a requirement for a very high level management dashboard, which will show at a glance a value and a RAG against a particular objective.  I had an idea to show a set of six tiles that would show the objective, the value and a spark-line trend.  All the other detail would be elsewhere in the application - this was to satisfy the requirement of being able to gauge in seconds how a bit of business is performing.  The demo below is what I've come up with so far is really clunky so I wanted to know if anyone had a better idea of how to do it - At the moment its a text box with dynamic background and the value field.  It also has ANOTHER text box at the top to denote the objective, and then in the middle a line chart with all the axis furniture stuff.  I assume there is a clever way?  Any ideas?

1)Create a normal line chart without grid and hide the Axes both X and Y

2) Align title to Center

3) Add a background color

4) Go to presentation tab >> Add Text in Chart for the TOTAL values in bottom

Done
