Data reduction undermine data comparison (Total vs Part). How to overcome?

A product manager wants to know what is his sales quota over the total product sales. If security is implemented by data reduction his quota always will be 100% because no sales will be loaded except sales from his own products.

¿ Are there any strategies to overcome this issue that undermines the data comparison ?
