Date Last Used

I am trying to figure out the best way to do this.  I have a qvd which has Equipment numbers, dates and billed hours.  I have a request to find all pieces of equipment where billed hours are equal to 0 and when was the last time (date) the piece of equipment had hours. I have attached an spreadsheet of the data.  Thanks

I don't see any Hours Used = 0 in your data.

If there was, you could use peek to get the record just before the 0.
