Difference between desktop development and server document

Hi qliks,

here i am facing a problem with design in  published document and desktop development document. the first screen shot is from desktop version . Here u can notices the gaps between multi boxes are similar i.e., between calendar and mode  , mode and shipment type. But after publishing this document on to server the gaps between those are increasing and looking un-designed.(you can notice in second screen shot)

Can any one help me anything regarding this.What might be the issue behind this?When i change to web mode in desktop also it is looking like un-designed things only,.

The web rendering has a few small differences.  It is impossible to get a pixel perfect match.
