EDX task never ends

Hello,

i've created a task for a external program that is executed from a macro in a button. the question is that the task starts when the user clicks on it, this part is right, but the task never ends and i don't know why, could you help me with this please?

Have you checked the logfiles on the server?

Activate logging on the application, then you can see if there is a problem with reloading.
