Email Alert to Users

Hello All,

I am using Qlikview Server 11, we have a field team whom we need to  send email's regularly. the email would contain the a straight table in the dashboard. Can anyone help me with a proper solution. I tried

Also, look in google for "qlikview cookbook using alerts to send the numbers" and check the first article. It explains how to send email alerts and add data to the email content.
