I am facing a issue, when i publish the document on access point print as well as Edit report Icon on top in menu bar is showing in gray color

means disable , I want to enable it back.i am using IE Plugin and in document properties ,security tab print as well allow export is checked.

Hi,

did you check on the QV Management Console --> System --> Setup --> QVS-Documents -->

"Allow Print and Export to Excel"
