Entry number range

Hi, I urgently need some help with regards to my script.

My Item Register table has 2 fields available:

a. From entry number

b. To entry number

My Item Ledger Entry table has 1 filed available:

a. Entry number

I need to link these 2 tables based on the entry number in order to to view what the actual creation date of the document was.

As can be seen, the Item Register refers to a range of entry numbers on a line,whilst the Item Ledger Entry table lists each and every entry number.

How do I go about this???????
