Error Set Analysis

Dear all, i am trying to use set analyis to filter by a date.

Unfortunately it is not filtering, can any one hint me the error i am doing.

May be this:

Sum({<JOUR_ID = {"$(=$(vNdebut))"}>} CA_TTC_CONSO)

or

Sum({<JOUR_ID = {"$(=vNdebut)"}>} CA_TTC_CONSO)
