Error in windows log

Hi,

i am getting Error status in windows log for qlikview server. but the application is working fine. wat can be the reasons for the error..

kindly help.attached the screen shot for the same.

For the windows-log is it an error because the event-id 300 had no description - therefore this must not be an real error. If you clicked on details you will get more informations what happens - id 300 meant that there was any broken communication between the qv server and the access point like a session timeout or an application-refresh and maybe more something similar. By all those things qv react and creates/updates the session or ask the user for a new login and so on - It's more an information instead an real error.

I think it's nothing to worry about.
