Error while opening documents in acess point

Dear all,

I get an error when ever i open the document in acess point.

Error as fiollows

pls check port used on server to access application on client system.

whether it is blocked ?.e.g 4747,80

I have the same Problem. The Qlikview Desktop Client works but I didn't get a connection with the plugin.

'We updated the Desktop Client from 9 to 10 wich also includes the IE Plugin
