Excel export function not working

Hi all,

It seems I cannot export to excel from a table in QlikView 12 i.e .  “Send to Excel” functionality from right-click or the XL icon.

Has anyone had the same issue?  Do you know how I can solve this? 

This is with windows 10.

Have you tried changing to web view in desktop and then exporting to excel?
