Export Chart to Excel is black

Hi,  Some of my users are having issues when copying charts to the clipboard as an image and then pasting into excel. The background of the chart is black. Has anybody encountered this and how did you renedy the issue.

Try to alter the setting for Transparency on the Color tab...
