Extract the string based on field value comparison

Hello,
I have 2 fields namely: Name1 and Name2.
I want to compare both of the fields and merge extra inputs from Name 2 to Name1

How can we do it?

Can you specify rules that unambiguously identify those substrings of Name2 that you want to add to Name1?
