FTP Connection Failed

Hi all,

I was trying to fetch files from the ftp server.

I have tried it from the wizard as well as manually:

t1:

Load * From

ftp://chhavi.singhal:Password@xx.xxx.xxx.xxx/path/filename.csv;

xx.xxx.xxx.xxx this is the IP i am using to connect.

one-my password contains '@' so i am suspecting this to be a reason that i am not able to make the connection.

Can anyone help me out in this?
