Governance dashboard

Hi All, I am trying to set up the Governance dashboard and having a few issues. First of all the User Activity tab has no data for any of the documents. Also the authenticated_user list box is empty. Has anyone faced this? However my data lineage tab is looking good.

Hi Ram,

You configured the log files path correctly?  Are you not getting the other fields values?  or you are not getting values for this field alone?

Hi,

Did you configure Governance dashboard properly?

Did you reload application once?

After reload you will get all parameters from your machine.

Hi Jagan, I am getting the values for other fields. Just this one is empty.

Hi Ashfaq, Yes i did the reload. and I feel the configuration is right as well. As i can see data in all other tabs. Just this user activity is empty. I know for a fact the dashboards are being used heavily and I expect to see some data in the user activity.

Then check the file path, I think you have not configured the path correctly.

Hi Jagan, Unfortunately i can't find anything wrong. Please check the screenshots. you can see where my file resides. It is d:\qlikview\qvdocs\psc

and now the configuration and user activity output.
