Guide for Qlikview certification

Is there a guideline for QlikView certification (dev/admin) ? I have some questions like -

- Typically, how much time will it take to prepare for the cert ?

I know it will vary for each person, but a approx figure would be good.

- Any books/mock tests for certification, testing knowledge etc. ?

- Any real world problems to test oneself ?

- What is the value of certification in the BI industry, other than some companies make it a job requirement ?

  I ask this because, most IT certs are useless. Experience teaches you way more than certs.

- Any place/sub forum where people share stories about their cert prep ?

Did you do the QlikView certification..? I also have same questions in mind which you mentioned above. Pl let me know if you have any material or something.
