Hierarchy plotting

I’m trying to reproduce a chart which displays the hierarchy of my data, each node connected to it’s parent (see attached image). Is it possible to do this using a Scatter Chart?

You can't use a scatter chart for this. Perhaps this discussion has a solution for you.
