How to add pop up to Image Icon

How to add pop up to Image Icon, using Icons to activate tabs. Need to show names of the tabs in popups or as a tooltips.

You could enter a comment (object properties in tab title in bottom right) which will be showed as tooltip by hovering the textbox with the mouse.

Text Object Properties -> Caption -> Give your text in Help Text option.
