How to change Access Point URL

Hiya

I am setting up a new Server and have a problem

I want to stop services on the current server and switch them on the new one.

So people do not have to change their URL to view Reports for Access Point i want to have the same URL.

THe Current one is not a Server name as i have read rather it's

https://reports.Company.com/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

I want to go in the New Server setting and call it the same

Is this possible and how please, going Live tomorrow Evening, so needed ASAP!
