Here it is,

Go to Button Properties > Actions > Add > Action Type: External > Actions: Open URL > URL > www.ishfaqueahmed.com > Apply > OK.

I dont think you can in text object, only in chart cells, if you set the expression representation to Link.

So you can for example fake a text object by using a straight table

What you only can do is have the whole text object act as a link, no a part of the text
