Ignoring one dimension

Hi, i have an expression =sum({$<[Category]={'Books'} >}Sales) and i also have a filter about year. How to ignore this filter in my expression?

sum({$<[Category]={'Books'} ,year=>}Sales)

Unfortunately it doesn't work with chart. The problem is that i have also a chart where i have to display all the months and sum of sales for them. When i choose one month, i see now only this one month on the chart but i need to ignore it and see there all the months

it should work if you ignore the month also. can u send th sample.
