Insufficient quota

Good day,

From time to time encounter the fllwg error-message when refreshing an application:

quote

Error: Cannot open file '\\qvrodedeham01\qv-data\Main_Tables\FLS\BookingLeg_2011.qvd' Insufficient quota to complete the requested service.

unquote

Does someone knows, what quota is not sufficient?

That's interesting, that you get the exact same error message like described here:

insufficient quota

Maybe also copy the solution?

Well, the OP of the other thread stated that

'Problem seem to have disappeared with a more frequent restarting of the QVS-application'

Not sure if there is another, better solution.

Are you sure the error message originates from QlikView and not from your OS (where you might also set quotas)?

Also the OP on the other thread stated that "the CPU was pegged for too long...." Hope these findings will point you in the right direction.

Could it be that you have too many parallel tasks and/or that there are some delayings included so that some tasks reach a timeout?
