How to create KPI's, please give me some suggestions.........

KPI's are Key Performance Indicators.

You spreadsheet has data for Stock orders and Opening Stock.

Do you have a Stock Controller / Warehouse Manager ?  They would hopefully know what KPI they wish to acheive?
