Limiting access to sheet objects in Access Point Application

Hello,

I have an application on Access Point with section access enabled. Is there a way to limit a users ability to add sheet objects and charts? I basically only want them to be able to make selections on the sheet objects already there as well as move from tab to tab and download a table.

QEMC > Documents > User Documents > Select the qvw > Server Objects(on the right) >  Creators > None

Also if you want to do it at Server level

QEMC > System > Setup > Your SEver name > Documents > Uncheck 'Allow server objects'
