List box field selection with URL

Is it possible to add the List box field selections along with the sheet name in the URL?

Yes, it is.

Take a look here: Passing Parameters in a URL and Document Chaining

And here: URL Composer = compute an Access-Point link and pass selection values, open sheets etc.
