Is it possible to get the same as the snapshot below without using line/Arrow object Under District??

yes,tht too u need some border on right side but not in other 3 sides,so tht is not possible as i believe.

i can't find use border option in layout tab. Can you send a snapshot please.

go to document properties---from there styling mode change to Advanced--then u can able to see border check icon on ur sheet object.

in your document properties->General->select styling mode as Advanced and Sheet object style as Plain->apply->ok

now go to your list box Layout tab->then check use borders-> border width 1 pt->color black->ok

and now again go to layout->un check use border
