Loading determined values from a field

I am trying to make a look up table to pick up a few values from this table and make a shorter one.

In fact I have the table Department and need just 15 departments from them in another table ImportantDepartment.

Hi,

you can enter in the script an inline table with the inline wizard. Tools --> Document data to find all entries from the field Department and enter in the next column your new field ImportantDepartment.
