Macro parse failed functionality was lost

Hi

While running a macro on IE plugin I got this error: "macro parse failed functionality was lost". I had to do "Ctr+shift+M" and select "Give system access to Module script" for the macro to work. Is it possible to default this selection somewhere in the file or server settings?
