Mapping tables

Hi,

I am making use of a large number of mapping tables, approximate 40 with about 10,000-200,000 in each. 

When reloading sometimes it runs smoothly, other times it just stops have with through with the helpful error "script error".

I was wondering if there was a limitation with the amount of memory that can be stored in mapping tables within one document?
