Migration to Qlikview 11 problem

Hello

While installing  Qlikview 11 parrallel to the one before my client faced this problem

Server failed to set license: QVS@serverName: Failed to connect to server

The licence can not be applied  and the services don't  work

Hello the solution was to just add  the user who launches the services to the "Qlikview Administrators" Group
