Missing CalData.pgo.xml

I have added the line 'PgoAsXmlAlso = 1' to QlikView settings and restarted.  I now see XML versions of all of the pgo files except for CalData.  I would appreciate any suggestions.

Maybe change something to the CAL assignments? Or let a user open a document in the AccessPoint? The xml file will be rewritten whenever some content changes, but the content is limited to CAL assignments and CAL last-used dates. I may have omitted some other detail, but that's the gist of it.
